This paper aims to analyze the effect of motivation in development English speaking skills on second language acquisition. There are so many excellent teaching methods that vary effectiveness. Motivation is driving force for learning another language, and integration into person’s identity. practical reason a language. Data collection was done from two Indian universities named: Patna University Patliputra University, each university 50 students were randomly selected. Speaking one best needs individual both students’ academic professional field. The should be encouraged not only classroom but also outside speak English. In achieving this goal, can used as magical catalyst L2. With viewpoint, research focuses 3 main motivational factors role developing skills: identifying function promoting skills; researches language; suggesting impact strategies stimulating learners skills. close-ended questionnaires using relevant types questions chosen conduct data collection. For research, descriptive statistical analysis performed SPSS software. mean value represent results.
